Cold, wet, bored, unstuck.

The alarm went off at 5:30 this morning, but a trip to the window confirmed that it was cloudy and raining outside. So I went back to sleep for a while. The weather was still nasty a couple of hours later. I just messed around the cottage, reading, planning out some stuff for the house, and trying to relax. At about two this afternoon I called a tow truck. It was an ordeal, but he was able to pull out my car. Unfortunately it seems like my front end got knocked out of alignment pretty good. I drove to Piggly Wiggly and it really started shaking over 45mph. So I’ll drive slowly back to Columbia tomorrow and go to Firestone, where I have lifetime alignments. It was super foggy all afternoon and got dark early. Maybe I’ll be able to see sunrise in the morning. I’ll try to get on the road to Columbia relatively early, since I’ll be driving so slowly. Then I’ll work on Liz’s goat sheds.
