The block was delivered this morning. Seven pallets worth. Unfortunately he couldn’t get it all the way up to the site due to the mud, so I will be hauling it up by hand. I moved half a pallet and it was unpleasant. I might go down to Manchester and buy a wheelbarrow tomorrow. Another thing that happened was a neighbor stopped by and pointed out two red oak trees behind the house that were rotting on the inside and suggested I cut them down. I did, using my new saw, which worked great. I started cutting them up, and will get lots of firewood from them. I rened a U-Haul trailer, since mine still has sand in it, and hauled a load of branches to the dump. I loaded it again and will return to the dump first thing in the morning.
