More miracles on the Mountain.

Luke went to bed without a whimper last night, and my drive was delightfully uneventful. This morning I did an Insanity workout before heading to the house. Upon arriving I was very pleased to see that the water and electric lines had been installed and covered. Additionally all of the exterior lights were properly installed, and progress had been made inside. I did some cleaning around the house and prepared for my ten o’clock showing. It was the same guy that came last Sunday. He arrived, along with his parents and realtor. They spent about an hour and the realtor stayed for another 40 minutes or so. He said an offer will be coming soon.

After that I returned to the cottage for a very late breakfast then went next door to chat with Debbie for a while. I left there and went to the Mountain Goat Market for a late lunch/early dinner before my next showing. The folks came by the house as scheduled and we talked for about an hour. They seemed pretty interested but I’m not sure. They are also looking at the tiny houses. I was returning to the cottage when I noticed that the Mountain Goat Market wasn’t crowded at all, which was rather surprising given that it was Saturday night. So I stopped in and hung out until close. Then I came back to the cottage and relaxed. I wish I had a good book to read. The weather was really nice today, it felt like fall. Tomorrow I’ll do some work on the house and try to be home for dinner.
