Liz made a list of urgent action items for the house last night, and so I focused on that today. Lots of little things that I was able to knock out fairly quickly. We also went on a couple of nice walks around the property before the storms arrived.

One more day, hopefully. That will be some time next week. I got home kind of late but still got to see Luke briefly before he went to bed.
Oh deer.
Woke up this morning to see ten deer right in the backyard. They were the closest I have ever seen any, right on the edge of the driveway. I went into Columbia with my trailer to get lumber, then headed up to Nashville for more deck work. I got home after Luke had gone to bed.
Back building decks.
I spent the day up at my parents’ helping my dad with the decks. We made progress but still have a ways to go. Lovely weather though.
Sunday stroll.
The weather turned lovely today and so we went for a nice walk along the (still flooded) river near downtown. Luke loved all of the sights and sounds.
