Breaking stuff.
I tore off the cedar that I had previously installed on about half the porch ceiling because I wasn’t happy with how it looked. I had started putting it back when my nail gun broke. I went and bought a new one but didn’t get the chance to use it before dark.
Nine months!
It’s hard to believe that Little Man has now been outside of the belly for as long as he was in it. Below are a couple of pictures that Liz sent. She says he continues to eat and sleep well.
Epic rains washing away 2018.
The rain today has been nothing short of Biblical, definitely the most intense I’ve seen since we bought the property, and that is really saying something. I spent most of the day continuing to organize things in the house and preparing to haul a lot to the dump. I bought some more plastic storage boxes at Home Depot to help stay tidy. I went by Big Box but they were closed. Probably will be asleep long before midnight.
