I took Luke to school this morning, then went to O’Reilly to get some new wiper blades for Liz’s car. I spent most of the rest of the day working on the computer and organizing my office. The latter is slow going, but I’m trying to be thorough. Liz and Luke came home with dinner, and we had a nice family meal together. Afterwards Luke and I patched a hole in the drywall and then we all read books together. Liz is putting him to bed now.
Scared (somewhat) straight.
This morning I took trash to the dump and showered before going to physical therapy. It felt good to do both. Therapy felt less good. Denise also used some fear tactics to try to get me moving my fingers more. Afterwards I went to Kroger. This afternoon I just messed around on the computer. Luke and I played a lot before and after dinner.

Lazy and unmotivated.
That pretty much describes me today. I stayed up very late last night to watch most of the new James Bond movie, tried to sleep in but couldn’t, then finished the movie. After getting up I took trash to the dump, picked up a few things at Piggly Wiggly, then returned to the cottage where I just messed around on the computer, mostly with my new design program. Despite it being sixty plus degrees I couldn’t muster up the energy to go on a walk. Early afternoon I went to the Goat Market and chatted briefly with Eric. Next I stopped by to see Debbie and talked with her for quite a while. I drove home via Tullahoma, where I ordered flooring at Lowe’s. Luke was in a great mood this evening but is really stretching out bed time.
Back on the Mountain.
I just relaxed around the house this morning before going to physical therapy. Therapy was a little painful, but not too bad. It does feel like I’m making progress. After leaving there I drove to Southeastern Salvage in Huntsville via Pulaski and Taft. Unfortunately they didn’t have what I needed. From there I drove to the Mountain. After a couple of stops in town I came to the cottage. I have just been relaxing and working on the computer since.
Big day with the little animals.
After lunch we drove out to Santa Fe to visit some friends from the farmers market. Their son is maybe a year younger than Luke and they have lots of animals. Several lambs had been born within the past few days, and Luke loved seeing them. We returned home and played until dinner, then he went through his bedtime routine. Overall he was pretty well behaved today.
